This is the first time we have had dinner at this restaurant while staying in the hotelPrior to our stay, I saw online via the hotel's email that there were options for a two course dinner, but once in the restaurant and hotel this was not bought by up by staff nor advertised anywhere that I could see. When guided to the table we bought to the servers attention that we had a voucher to use. Before I sat down she asked if we wanted to order now. I was a bit confused by this and said "no. We have not been here before. We would like to see the menu please."The next server took our wine order and later our food order was taken. We opted for the Savannah steak as it was one of the main items highlighted on the menu, and despite $58 a plate we ordered one each. We then could choose a sauce and flavoured in house mustard.Bread was bought to the table as complementary. A slice each. Unsure what type of bread, but from the looks of it, I'd say it was made in house. It would had been nice to know more about it.We asked what came with the steak. "long brocolli" and a roasted tomato was the answer. When we received our plates, we saw that "Long brocolli" was not available as we got slightly charred "normal" brocolli".We ordered a side of steak cut fries, as felt the french fries on offer would not go with the steak.Considering the level of the restaurant and its location within the Pullman I was expecting or was hoping the fries would be house made potato chips/fries. They were not.The steak needed more seasoning. It was like any other steak. The jus was nice but needed more. The mastard was nice, but needed more of it. It was served seperately by the server from a vessel. It would had been nice if the mastard was provided in something like a ramekin and left at the table so one could help themselves to it and even share with other diners, especially if the other diners got different flavours.Over all we found it underwhelming.

Our first time dining here and it now has become our favourite for quality of food (our steaks all cooked different were divine!) and wonderful attentive service. Totally recommend to others to check it out x
