We came in at 5:30 pm and it was happy hour! 30% off all food and drinks!  The prices for the food and drinks were already reasonable for a hotel restaurant, so 30% was a great deal!  (4-6pm)  We got two cocktails, the chicken burger, and fish & chips (not pictured as we inhaled them). Both cocktails were great, though the margarita was a touch spicy for my partner's taste (I thought it was fine).  The fish & chips and chicken sandwich were pretty standard, but that's fine because it's exactly what we were expecting. We put in beer orders right before the happy hour cut off.  One of the beers bottomed out mid pour.  They let us have what was poured and promised a fresh pint, though due to technical difficulties, it never came, but they offered us a replacement.   So we technically netted ~1/2 a beer for free. Overall the staff was very friendly, the food and drinks were good, and I'd definitely recommend visiting for happy hour!

I had the fish dish - we are fishermen so fresh fish is a must and I am constantly disappointed when I order fish - I am fussy and chase rewarded chefs world wide so when I say this was one of the best fish dishes I have ever had I am not saying that lightly - it was gurnard with crispy skin and perfectly cooked - the flavours in the sauce were next level - I will be having this dish every night for the whole stay!
