Let me just say this loud and clear………Barrel & Co. Is THAT girl. From the moment you walk in, the energy is immaculate—modern, cozy, and classy without trying too hard. But baby, the service? Next level. I’m talking attentive, warm, and professional without feeling stiff. The staff move like a well-oiled machine and still somehow make you feel like you’re the only person in the room. Like, how?The food? Don’t play with it. Everything was cooked to perfection, seasoned like someone’s aunty was in the back, and plated like it was ready for a Vogue spread. The cocktails? Dangerous—in the best way possible. Balanced, creative, and way too easy to sip on.Barrel & Co. isn’t just a restaurant—it’s an experience. Whether you’re staying at the Pullman or just pulling up for dinner, trust me: this place will eat every time. Rotorua, you better be proud of this one. Best. Best. Best. Full stop.

First time in Rotorua and the Pullman. Fantastic hotel, conveniently located near many restaurants and bars. However, we ate in-house, and the food was delicious. The staff, Ella and Reiko, were fantastic. Highly recommend 👍

Absolutely fantastic! Cooked our steak and lamb perfectly rare, and the cuts were amazing (and that's highway praise as our family are Angus ranchers in Saskatchewan). The service was great. The portions were great. The wine was perfectly paired. Fully deserving of 5 stars - can wait to come back for dessert!
